CLEAR RIVERS is a not-for-profit organization tackling the plastic pollution crisis by catching river plastics before they reach the open waters, organizing cleanups, and educational workshops, and recycling the retrieved litter into new durable products. Our mission is to prevent plastic from entering the oceans.
At CLEAR RIVERS, we use our Litter Traps as one of various ways to approach that mission. Litter Trap is a passive system to retrieve litter from waterways based on the water and wind flow. Furthermore, the Litter Trap itself is made from plastic waste collected from rivers.
AirX Carbon, a pioneer in sustainable materials innovation, envisions a world where sustainable living is accessible to all and environmental stewardship is a corporate priority. ReForm Plastic’s innovative Black Soldier Fly (BSF) technology complements our existing low-value plastic waste treatment portfolio by effectively separating organic waste from plastics. This solution addresses the high contamination rates of low-value plastics in Southeast Asia, where waste is often mixed with wet organic material. By integrating BSF technology into waste operations, ReForm Plastic aims to develop a scalable technology that not only improves plastic recycling efficiency but also produces valuable by-products such as chicken feed and organic fertilizer. ReForm Plastic has been at the forefront of upcycling low-value plastics for the past 7 years, developing and implementing innovative solutions to address the challenges of plastic waste in Southeast Asia.
