Duc Pham is principal at Earth Venture Capital, a climate-focused venture fund that commits to investing in breakthrough decarbonization technology across the globe. At Earth Venture, Duc leads the investment team with a clear mission: to find bold founders, fuel genuine innovation, and build lasting value for portfolio companies long after the deal is signed. Duc holds a BA in Mechatronic Engineering, a Master of Applied Finance, and a career spanning engineering, manufacturing, and quality management at a Swiss elevator corporation before joining Earth Venture.
