Dr Kim Thi Thuy Ngoc

Dr. Kim Thi Thuy Ngoc is the Head, Division of Science and International Cooperation Institute of Strategy and Policy on Agriculture and Environment Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. She is specialist with a focus on natural resources management.

Dr. Ngoc has participated in number of plastic reduction projects, including the World Bank report on “Toward a National Single-use Plastics Roadmap in Vietnam”, an EU initiative “An innovative initiative to establish the Alliance of Supermarkets to reduce the consumption of single-use plastic bags in Viet Nam” and the UN Environment project on Promotion of Community Resilience Against Plastic Pollution and Climate Change in the Mekong River Basin.
