Coordinator for Producer Responsibility Governance at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of Indonesia

Ujang “Uso” Solihin Sidik is an environmental policy expert with over 20 years of experience in solid waste management at national and international levels. Currently serving as Coordinator for Producer Responsibility Governance at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of Indonesia, he leads the development and implementation of national policies and regulations on sustainable waste management, 3R, EPR, circular economy, marine litter, and the global plastic treaty. Previously, he held key positions in the Ministry of Environment and the National Agency for Environmental Impact Control. He holds a B.Sc. in Geography from the University of Indonesia and an M.Sc. in Geographical Information Systems from the University of Leeds, UK.
